The new owners of the Grand Duc3 (formerly Le Portail) have upgraded the apartment for winter 09/10 with new sofas, soft furnishings and carpet in the livingroom, replaced one set of bunks with twin beds as well as the addition of a flat screen TV & Wifi.

Space, comfort and a fantastic location. That really says it all about this apartment. Situated 50m up the piste from the main lift centre at the Chaudanne, you just have to walk out the front door, click on your skis and you are off. At the end of the day you can sit on the balcony and catch the last of the sun before you retire indoors.

The living and dining area is over 40m2 and has three three-seater sofas and a dining table that comfortably seats ten.

The two main double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is a twin, the fourth is a bunk room (with a pullout third bed), both rooms share a large family bathroom and have direct access to the south facing balcony.

Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
Prices shown are for up to 8 person occupancy, there is a supplement of £50 for the 9th person occupancy.
