• I would just like to thank you for all your help with organizing our apartment. As you know, this was our first time doing a self-catered apartment and we were understandably anxious. In the event, both the apartment and its beautiful location at Meribel Altiport surpassed all our expectations.
  
  The Altiport is a hidden treasure: peaceful and tranquil and off the beaten track with stunning views. As you said, it is mostly favoured by the French, which made it a bit more special as we were not inundated with English voices all the time! It also had its own particular ambience and character. The apartment was charming and cosy and extremely well equipped. Absolutely every little convenience was there: good utensils and pots, plentiful crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hair dryer and a great DVD collection although the DVD player needs to be replaced. This all made cooking and clearing up so easy. It was a real home from home. There was plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable. The boot room and lockers downstairs were really handy and with the snowfall we had we were virtually ski-on, ski-off that week which was a bonus! The lift and slopes could be seen from the terrace which was light and spacious with spectacular views.
  
  So all in all, a great success and we were delighted with our holiday. We will be recommending you to friends and family and will also look at using AMS again for either and apartment or chalet in Meribel for forthcoming ski trips.

• I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year, we certainly did, and I wanted to thank you for helping us to organise our Ski trip at such short notice.
  
  As promised, before I forget, here is our feedback about AMS and the apartment - we will certainly be using you again and recommending you to our friends!!
  
  The apartment as you mentioned is in one of the best positions within the resort. With the slope and lifts outside our door and having children of various ages and skiing abilities this more than made up for the basic apartment.
  Saying this we found it clean, bright, with new bedding, towels and carpet, very pleasant and comfortable. The only negatives would be no internet and there was a locked owners cupboard which seemed to have a tumble dryer in. This would have been a very nice addition to have had with three children. Please thank your Meribel colleagues for their quick response to my call and supplying me with a hanging clothes dryer.

• Thank you once again for providing such a lovely venue for our holiday. You were quite right that the kitchen was fabulously well equipped. We particularly appreciated the policy of not emptying the cupboards for every guest (as ever, we left more than we used, but it is great to find salt and pepper and mixed herbs already there). Also great were the hairdryer, drying racks and so forth.

• Just a line to say how much we enjoyed staying at Soldanelles. I was expecting a fairly basic ski apartment and it was certainly far more than that! All the rooms, including bathroom, were so spacious and light and I could not believe how well equipped it was. The instructions provided for sat, wifi etc were clear and concise and everything worked beautifully - very important for two teenage sons! It was also spotlessly clean everywhere including all the kitchen equipment.
  
  All the above combined with such a convenient position made our holiday so easy and I would like to thank you for recommending this apartment - it was absolutely perfect for us, comfortable for me and so near to everything the boys wanted.

• i wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the Jardin dHiver , it was the best chalet we have stayed in yet , we all would recommend it to others and hope all going well will return next year , The sun shone every day unfortunately a Muppet skied into the back of me on the second day knocking me clean off my skies and breaking my left leg !!!!!! Lucky me !!!!!

  We had a great time skiing from one end of the 3 Valleys to the other end, although we missed the fresh dump of snow we had in each of the two previous years.
  
  As ever, it was great to return to your lovely apartment at the end of the day, have a hot shower and watch a DVD. The alterations to the sleeping arrangements worked really well for us and the new bathroom is a success!

• Just wanted to say what a lovely apartment you have in Mottaret. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. David and I both celebrated our birthdays out there and can’t think of a better place to do it.
  
  The ski in ski out really was what it said on the tin! We have always enjoyed the 3 Valleys but this is the 1st time we have been to Cime Carron in the morning had a stop for lunch at the apartment and visit Courchevel 1550 in the afternoon.
  
  Our children were very appreciative of the great collection on DVD’s you had.

  The apartment is well located for all ski areas and its only a short walk to the shops for your fresh croissant! This is a superior standard of accommodation, the rooms are all spacious and very
  well appointed compared to other apartments we have stayed in.
  
  The views from the lounge and dining area are fantastic!
  
  We would not hesitate staying here again and would recommend to family and friends.

• I have stayed at Yankee Lodgeon several occasions. It has always been a great experience and I have no hesitation in recommending it. The location is superb, with wonderful views from big windows, and within 5 minutes walk of the lifts. The chalet itself makes a lovely home from home with cosy touches and a great layout for entertaining and eating – as well as lots of pretty bedrooms with luxurious ensuites for those quieter après ski moments! Can’t fault it for a total ski holiday!

• I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say how delighted we were with the apartment we rented through AMS over Christmas in Meribel.
  
  It was the 4th apartment we have rented in the Jardin d'Eden building and has been the best so far. Having Wi-fi and satellite TV was a real bonus and my husband will not let me rent anything again without these facilities!
  The apartment was really well laid out and easy to manage, especially as there were cleaning products under the sink and in the bathrooms. We also had to avail of the spare light bulb supply. Previously we rented through the french agencies in Meribel. The full size oven was put to use for our Christmas dinner when we entertained friends. With 2 teenage daughters, they were able to have the whole of the upstairs mezzanine to themselves with the idea of doing some study for their GCSEs and A levels which they are sitting this May and June.
  
  We took 2 ski lessons with Parallel Lines ( Dan) which set us up nicely to tackle some moguly reds and blacks over by Courcheval and did our airport transfers through Yann Leray, who my husband has been using for the last 20 years!
  
  Next Christmas is a long way off yet but if we can manage it and the dates suit, we would be keen to do a repeat of this year.
