Ski-in Ski-out, Charm, Log Fire
Until now a private home, this genuinely ski-in, ski-out chalet is all about its magical location, with its very private setting amongst the trees and spectacular mountain views from the sunny terrace and both double bedrooms, yet close to the village centre. Each morning, you just walk out the front door, click on your skis and you are off!
Chalet Yates is a traditional chalet, cosy and with a rustic feel. The spacious open plan living - dining area on the first floor is well adapted for groups of 8 to dine, socialise, play games or find a cosy corner to read; with a large open fire for winter evenings and giving directly onto the sunny terrace for spring lunches.
Each of the floors above and below the living room has a bright and spacious twin / super-king bedded room with balcony and a twin-bedded room, so is perfect for 2 families of 4. The bedrooms are accessed by steep and narrow stairs and share bathrooms (top floor: 1 separate loo; bath with washbasin & loo; shower with washbasin; lower floor bath with shower, washbasin & loo; separate “overflow” shower & loo).

There is no road access to the chalet. To get to the chalet one has to cross the Doron piste. You can get a good view of this here.
The chalet is behind the tree just to the left of the snow cannon. - The kitchen is compact and simple, but functional and equipped for group cooking.
- Internet access is currently slow (9Mbps). It is hoped that fibre will be installed in early December, but the nature and location of the chalet means that this is by no means certain.
- The photos provide an honest and accurate impression of space and facilities.
There is a guest loo on the ground floor, and good-sized ski room.
