Luxury Private Chalet with Log Fire and Garage
New for season 2023-2024, Chalet Chanvillard.
Normally from December to the end of March you can ski down the Villages piste to Les Allues at the end of the day, but this is dependant upon the snow conditions. If you prefer staying in an authentic French village rather than right on the pistes, Les Allues is an ideal base for your holiday.
Chalet Chanvillard was built in 2007 as a luxury family chalet. The chalet is situated at the northern entrance to Les Allues, 4 minutes walk to the Village Shop, local bars and restaurants and the bus stop with the free bus to Méribel. The Olympic Télécabine that takes you to the Chaudanne, (Méribel’ s main ski area) is 850m from the chalet.
The large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, shower cabinet & wc is on the top floor. If you want to watch the morning sun come over the top of the Grand Bec, the settee in front of the balcony windows is the place to be. Across the landing is a guest double bedroom and its ensuite.
The middle floor has the large lounge with TV area. The lounge benefits from a log fire, windows to the North, large balcony windows on the East. The double height open plan dining area comfortably seats 10 and adjoins to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a wc on this level as well.
On the ground floor is the third bedroom with twin beds and its ensuite. Next to it is the fourth bedroom which has a double bed and ensuite.
The laundry room, garage, and ski room complete the ground floor.
