The apartment is on the top floor of this popular building and enjoys wonderful views across the Meribel valley towards Saulire. The apartment comprises of a goodsized sitting area and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven and Nespresso machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a powerful shower and the other with a full-size bath. A drying cupboard has also been fitted for wet ski clothing and boots, ensuring everything is dry and warm by the following morning. There are communal washing machine and dryer facilities on the ground floor.
One of the apartment’s best features is its location beside the Perdrix piste, a gentle green run leading down into Mottaret and then via the Truite into Meribel. The free bus to Meribel stops just outside the building. Guests can also take the Chalets bubble lift from the building down to the top of the Truite.
There is plenty of parking nearby, making unloading straightforward, and a lift provides easy access to the apartment. The building itself is extremely convenient for a ski holiday, with a small supermarket on the ground floor offering fresh pastries each morning, as well as a deli counter with pre-prepared meals that can be ordered for dinner. There are also several ski hire shops, a selection of small bars and restaurants, a lift pass office, and a residents’ lounge with pool tables.
