In a magical setting nestled amongst the trees surrounding the Altiport, Le Clos Bernard is a 10-minute walk from the nearest road and so its terrace is arguably as peaceful as you can get. The restaurant is a local favourite, specialising in wood-fire grilled meats, also a variety of salads, pastas and of course, Savoyard specialities. Highly recommended! |

Known fondly as "The Ronnie", Le Rond Point is probably one of Meribel's most famous après ski bars. Situated right in the sun in the afternoon on Saulire side of the mountain. Le Rond Point is also a great option as a casual mountain restaurant. |

This contemporary, owner run restaurant offers a modern take on local cuisine, as well as a good array of seafood. Not surprisingly, cèpes, or porcini mushrooms that have been picked from the forests surrounding Méribel feature on the menu, alongside classics such as pierrade, sweetbread fricassée and homemade pâtés. It has a south-facing terrace and delightful interior. |

This restaurant has been one of our favourites for over 25 years. It has changed hands in the intervening period (and the décor has been updated a bit) but the owners have sensibly retained the same winning formula. Sunny terrace and cosy interior, with good service, it serves great pizzas (cooked in a proper wood-fired oven), salads, seafood platters, great steak tartar, fondues and Savoyard specialities. |
